USDCAD Terminator

I want to discuss the USDCAD Terminator

This EA has been advertised quite frequently on ebay. The outright purchase price is $175000. It was possible to lease this for one or six months. It appears only to be available on ebay of Australia where the EA originates. You may review the live trading statement and performance figures there. The vendor claims this EA only trades once per month but may give about 20-30 trades during that time.

In fact I already leased this EA and let it run on a live account but it did not make any trades during the first nor the second months. The vendor gave me a "free" extra month, after which still no trades were made. That was 3 months. The sellar checked my settings after the second month but in the end after I asked for further help he was unwilling and he would not refund me. Then he did not even send me the monthly EA (validity dated for one month). Nor any further communication.

Please be aware you have only 30 days to leave feedback. Not much as the sellar claims it only trades once a month.
You have 45 calendar days from time of purchase to file a dispute with paypal for what it's worth. Paypal only really cover you in the event the product is never received.

At first glance of the reviews on ebay people seemed to be quite pleased with the EA. After I contacted other buyers on e-bay, one said it made four trades for him (all at once). First two were a profit of 9%. Last two were a loss of 10%. He was one percent down when he gave up (quit) with it. The others had no success at all but due to the same tactics of a free extra month had no come back by the only safeguards we have, bad user feedback or paypal!

Something this good cannot be for real. Almost every vendor posts the best results but I am now doubting if any EA can mechanically make money.

Hi Mark,

That Guy must be a Genius Scam Artist.
Tells you that it trades only once a month,
so that you may no complain and wait instead.

Then he gives you an additional month for free
so that time may pass and you would not be
elligible to claim refund. What a good idea.
So much money to be made. Wow!

Does the guy really live in Australia or he
just sells through Ebay Australia where it would
be hard to trace him.

I tested his demo version and could never get it to work, so never bought the live version ( luckily ) It is a real shame, there must be a good EA to be bought some place. I do have some great manual trading systems, but then to find a good programmer that can convert it to a profitable system.

Hey ozfxtrade, care to share some of your "great manual trading systems" with us? I currently have 14 different EA's on my MT4 platform (the most recent being "Forex Espionage") and except for "Forex Espionage" none have performed as claimed. FapTurbo overall is the best so far except the profits (in Pips) is very small). It does have occassional losses but it does win more times than not. As far as Forex Espionage, haven't had it long enough to form an opinion. The sales page indicated it trades 'almost daily' however I have had it up and running (on the EUR/USD H4 chart) for over 34 hours now and it has not made one trade yet. I am starting to believe that manual trading is still the best way to go (providing you use T/S's, T/P's and S/L's) to protect your capital. So ozfxtrade, that is why I was asking about you sharing some of your great manual trading systems? If we all do this maybe we can finally find a system that will be very profitable for all of us that are in this forum. Take care guys/gals... Michael

Manual trading is the way to go, no EA has ever equaled the results I can get manually trading,(Longterm) Some EA's will go well for the period they are optimized for then wipe out your account.
My main system works using a number of indicators, 2 custom made by a programer for me specially. It has taken 2 of us nearly 9 years to come up with the system we are using today, The last 72 hours we have both combined made 1500 pips using or stratergies.

Yes I agree with you OZFX,

There is none, nor there will ever be, a Robot that can ever replace
us human beings.

No Robot can be profitable in the long run.
They will make you profits for a few days or weeks and eventually
wipe out your account clear.

OZFX, you mentioned about a Profitable Manual Trading System that you have,
can you share it with us?
